  • Each order is crafted with precision and care, typically taking 3-7 business days to process.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS, SHIPPING TIME AND SHIPPING FEE

For our personalized embroidered products, we take extra care to ensure each piece meets the highest standards. Due to the detailed craftsmanship involved, shipping may take a bit longer. Below are the typical shipping times and fee ranges for most orders (excluding bulky items):

  1. DELIVERY TERMS

We work with many carriers to ship the order, which depends on the shipment address. 

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes, which depend on the shipping destination. For further information, please refer to your country's customs policies.

  1. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production. If you need to update it, please reach us within 06 hours of placing your order via the email address at the bottom of this page or fill in this Contact Form.

  1. CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing their order, provided they have an acceptable reason for doing so. Acceptable reasons include but are not limited to a mistake in the order, product unavailability, or a change in the shipping address.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind or personal preference.

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will review your request and process the cancellation if it meets the acceptable reasons stated above.


  1. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you discover that a shipment has been damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the shipment was delivered without your presence, please contact customer care to determine the following steps.
