What's the Difference Between a Return and the Stitch Guarantee?
Standard Returns (within 60 days): We gladly accept returns for any unworn, unwashed, and like-new embroidered items within 60 days of delivery. If you ordered the wrong item, need a size change, or simply changed your mind, we’ve got your back. A small restocking fee may apply, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective Items: If your product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., mis-stitching, broken embroidery) and it's within 30 days of delivery, contact our team for a free replacement.

This guarantee applies after 60 days of purchase — when normal returns are no longer eligible.

Proof of Purchase: Have your order number or receipt ready.
Photos: Snap clear photos of the item and any defect or damage.

Our Team Reviews: We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Can I request a different design if mine is out of stock?
Yes! If your original cap is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar design of equal or lesser value.
I customized my hat. Is it still covered?
Absolutely. Personalized items are still eligible under the Stitch Guarantee.
Can I claim the Stitch Guarantee if I bought from a reseller or marketplace?
Only if it’s an authorized reseller and you can provide a receipt.
How long does it take to process a guarantee claim?
Most claims are processed in 24–72 hours. During holidays or peak periods, it may take a bit longer.
